2 years ago, I was 236lbs, and unhappy. So I decided to make a change. I started walking daily. After a couple of weeks of walking, I started working out at home with dvds and dumbells. It was a struggle, but I did it.
Today I'm 181lbs and still losing. Im not tryna be skinny, just healthy. I would like to get to 145lbs of solid muscle. So ladies take a little walk, do at least 30 mins of cardio, and I guarantee you will start to feel so much better about yourself. Oh yeah, and as snacks, let's munch on fruits and veggies. Don't forget the protein. And also don't forget to get your annual physical from your doctor, so that you will know whats really going on with your health.
